Hospice at Home would like to send our sincere condolences for the loss of John. The Charity are incredibly grateful to in be in your thoughts at this very difficult time, the donations raised in memory of John will help our clinical services provide specialised palliative care for local patients in their own homes whilst supporting their families and carers.
